- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★2017-05-02, by Lee ThomasThis store has great staff. No brilliant staff. No top staff. Takes a lot to consistently be in character for the children. We arrived at the worst time start of a special offer. It was busy but the staff managed it great and I total appreciate the focus on the children and less so on the parents. Not cheap but more than a teddy and my daughter knows it's special and is always with her teddy.
