Had been given a faulty sony speaker and asked very politely if they would change for a different one. Answer was a simple NO and that the product was accidentally damaged by myself. I spoke to manager to explain that the product was damaged before I purchased it and basically called me a liar. I was asked to leave as I was getting frustrated and now im stuck with a broken speaker. Avoid buying anything from here. Absolutely appalling customer service 0 stars from me
