  I visited your Cardiff store to get ideas to transform my bathroom. Your sales assistant Lisa Webb was wonderful. The lady could have been management but as I am not sure I will refer to her as a sales assistant. She listened to what my ideas were and advised me and showed me your products. I was very impressed with the customer service and attention given by Lisa. It was a pleasure to find a store with a sales assistant who was so helpful and pleasant and did not make me feel pressured and uncomfortable as some other stores I have experienced.

  Recently bought some excellent products at Tile Giant, Cardiff. Lisa was very helpful, professional and courteous She is a great asset to them. 5 stars all the way for quality in products and customer service.
